Privacy Policy

• Order details: your name, delivery address, ZIP code, email address, phone number, selected package or a la carte items, delivery window and any special instructions you type in.
• Payment information: card details are entered directly into Stripe's hosted checkout. We never see or store your full card number — we only receive a payment status and a Stripe reference for your order.
• Messages: anything you send through our contact form or by email.
• Basic technical data: standard server and hosting logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, used to keep the site working and secure.

• To confirm, schedule, route and deliver your order.
• To send transactional messages: order confirmations, payment receipts, PDF receipts, delivery-day notices and your porch setup checklist.
• To answer your questions and handle reschedules, changes or refunds.
• To keep records for accounting and to prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.

We share only what is needed with the service providers that run our operations: our payment processor (Stripe), our email delivery provider, our website and database hosting providers, and the delivery crew handling your drop-off. Address autocomplete suggestions are fetched from a third-party geocoding service as you type. We may also disclose information if legally required.

Order and receipt records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, warranty and tax purposes. Contact messages are kept until the question is resolved and then removed in the normal course of inbox cleanup.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems. Our admin dashboard is password protected. No system is perfect, so please avoid sending sensitive information (like card numbers) by email or through the contact form.

This site is intended for adults purchasing seasonal decor. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to send you a copy of what we hold, by emailing hello@porchpunkin.com. We may need to keep certain order and payment records where the law requires it.

We currently deliver only to these Oklahoma City ZIP codes: 73102, 73103, 73112, 73116, 73118, 73120. If you request service outside those ZIPs, we keep your email and ZIP only to let you know if we expand.
