Founder story
Porch Punkin started with one bad Saturday: a truckload of pumpkins hauled home from a patch outside town, half of them the wrong size for the steps they were meant for, and an afternoon spent dragging straw bales around the driveway instead of enjoying the first cool weekend of the year.
The fix was obvious — do that part for the neighbors. Pick the pumpkins by size, stem and color the way you would for your own porch, load them carefully, and arrange the whole display on the customer's steps while they are at work. Porch Punkin now runs weekly delivery windows through October and early November across six central OKC ZIP codes (73102, 73103, 73112, 73116, 73118, 73120), plus nearby suburbs, commercial entries, HOA common areas and whole-block orders where neighbors book together.
It is deliberately seasonal and deliberately local: a small crew, real porches in real Oklahoma City neighborhoods, and a pickup service in November so nobody is hauling collapsed pumpkins to the curb in the dark.
