When exactly will my pumpkins arrive?

You pick one of three weekly delivery windows at checkout: Week 1 · Oct 8–10, Week 2 · Oct 15–17, Week 3 · Oct 22–24. We deliver on one of the days inside your chosen window and text or email you the morning of with a rough arrival time. You do not need to be home.

Can I reschedule my delivery window?

Yes. Message us through the form below (or reply to your confirmation email) at least 10 days before your window starts and we'll move you to any window that still has openings, free of charge. Inside 10 days we'll do our best, but the crew route may already be locked. Booking for a window also closes 48 hours before it begins, and checkout shows how many spots are left in each window.

What if it rains on my delivery day?

Accepted Answer

Pumpkins love rain — we deliver in light weather. If there's lightning, hail or a severe storm warning we shift your drop to the next day in your window and let you know by email.

Do I need to be home?

Accepted Answer

No. We stage everything on your front porch or steps. If you have a gate code, pet or a preferred placement, add it in Special Instructions at checkout.

How does styling and staging work?

Our Deluxe and Grand Estate tiers include full design — we arrange pumpkins, bales, stalks and mums for you. On smaller packages you can add Concierge Porch Staging & Design for $75, or we'll drop everything neatly grouped for you to arrange.

What about post-season pickup?

Accepted Answer

Add Removal & Recycling at checkout (priced by package size). We swing by in early-to-mid November, haul everything off your porch and compost it. No add-on needed if you'd rather keep them.

Can I change or add items after ordering?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Send us your order number through the form below and we'll add extra jacks, bales, mums or a Grand Prize Jumbo Pumpkin and send an updated receipt before delivery.

When am I charged?

Accepted Answer

You choose at checkout. Pay now with card and your porch is fully paid before delivery, or choose "pay after delivery" and we only charge your saved card the day we style and deliver your porch. Either way you get an emailed receipt and a downloadable PDF with your order number, delivery window and totals.

What's your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancel more than 10 days before your delivery window starts for a full refund. Inside 10 days the pumpkins are already pulled and loaded for your route, so we can offer a reschedule or a credit toward pickup service.

Yes. Anyone in the Oklahoma City metro can order — outside our six core ZIPs you simply choose a flat travel tier at checkout (nearby $45, metro $95, extended $165) or pick free self pickup. Nothing is estimated after the fact; the travel fee is shown before you pay.

Delivery happens inside the weekly window you choose, not same-day. Our 2026 windows are: Week 1 · Oct 8–10, Week 2 · Oct 15–17, Week 3 · Oct 22–24. Booking for a window closes 48 hours before it starts, and checkout shows live spots remaining for each week so you never reserve a full route.

Do I have to be home when the pumpkins arrive?

No. Leave the porch or steps clear and our crew places everything, then texts or emails you a photo when it's finished. Gate codes, dogs, and placement notes go in Special Instructions at checkout.

What happens if the pumpkin variety I picked sells out?

Accepted Answer

Pumpkins are a crop, so sizes and varieties shift week to week. If a specific variety isn't available we substitute an equal-or-greater size or value in the same color family — white for white, heirloom for heirloom — and never reduce your piece count. If you'd rather not accept a substitution, tell us at booking and we'll reschedule or refund instead.

Are these real pumpkins from a patch, or artificial?

Accepted Answer

All real: field-grown jack-o'-lanterns, pie pumpkins, white ghost pumpkins, warted heirlooms, straw bales, corn stalks and mums. Nothing plastic, nothing foam.

How much do pumpkins cost delivered to my porch?

Accepted Answer

Packages start at $175 for a drop-off, land in the mid-hundreds for a fully styled standard porch, and run to $1,650 for estate entries. A La Carte individual pumpkins and add-ons are available with a $45 minimum. Delivery inside our six core ZIPs is included in the price.

Can I pay after the pumpkins are delivered?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can pay upfront by card, or put a card on file and be charged only after your porch is delivered. If we can't deliver, you aren't charged.
