Residential orders land inside a three-day window. Commercial installs get a specific date and arrival time so you can notify staff, tenants or a property manager.
Vendor paperwork on request
We can provide a certificate of insurance, W-9 and a written scope of work before install, and invoice net terms instead of card-at-checkout.
Built for foot traffic and weather
Public entries get heavier gourds seated low, bales laid flat and everything set outside the walking line so doors, ramps and fire lanes stay clear.
Refresh and removal handled
Pumpkins on a busy commercial entry take abuse. We return mid-season to swap anything damaged, then haul the whole display off and recycle the organics in November.
